BJJ or Wrestling: t-shirt, shorts, water bottle, towel, wrestling shoes, mouthguard (if braces).

Wrestling: Knee pad (for dominant leg), and headgear.

 

Wrestling Tournament Gear

- Required: CORE singlet, CORE t-shirt, headgear, wrestling shoes.

- Optional: CORE shorts, mouthguard.

- BJJ: Check with your BJJ Coach prior.
