Travels Fees
No Fee
- Scheduled/Local Tournaments: Typically less than 1.5 hrs from CORE facility.
- Value to You: We pay coaches to drive, pay for coaches card/event entry, food, and coach your kid for 10+ hours a day. You pay CORE $0.
Fee Required
- Travel Tournaments: Typically more than 1.5 hrs from CORE facility.
- Value to You: Dedicated coaching support and transportation for your kid (if needed). We offer 4 options to meet your specific needs (see below).
- Payment: Electronic invoice payments must be in 1 week prior to travel. No refunds, as reservations, entry fees, etc. are not refunded to CORE.
2 Day Travel Pack
$100 Single Payments
- Weigh-in support, warm-ups, bracket management, match support, post-match assessment/mental skill development. Your portion of 1 overnight travel expenses & tournament fees for coaches.
3 Day Travel Pack
$185 Single Payments
- Weigh-in support, warm-ups, bracket management, match support, post-match assessment/mental skill development. Your portion of 2 overnight travel expenses & tournament fees for coaches.
Travel/Transportation Pack
$250-485 Single Payments
- For wrestlers in need of a ride to a Scheduled/Travel Tournament. Min. age is 14. Travel is never alone with a coach. CORE Coaches are USAW Bronze Level Certified and follow Safe Sports Policy. Cost: Option 1 or 2 + Cost of your portion of hotel room. Standard is 2 kids/room. Typically Marriot hotels, rated 4+ stars for safety, free breakfast, and workout room for weight management.
- 1 Night: $250
- 2 Nights: $485
Option 4: Unscheduled Travel Packs
- Coaching support for tournaments not on above schedule.
- Pay, travel, and compete individually. Like an individual session for a tournament.
- Email customer-care@core-wrestling.com to confirm support 4 weeks before tournament.
- Cost includes weigh-in support, warm-ups, bracket management, match support, post-match assessments/mental skill development, overnight travel expenses, and tournament fees for coach.
- Option A: Unscheduled Tournament Travel Pack: $500 per wrestler. More than 1 wrestler? Email customer-care@core-wrestling.com for pricing.
