CORE Wrestling Teams
MIGHTY MITES
The CORE Mighty Mites team is made up of wrestlers ages 6 and 7 that are new to the sport and eager to learn the basics.
The Mighty Mites practice for 1 hour.
ROOKIE
The CORE Rookie team is made up of wrestlers that have 0-2 years of wrestling experience and are 8-14 years old.
The Rookie team practices for 1 hr 45 mins.
INTERMEDIATE
The CORE Intermediate team is for wrestlers with 2+ years tournament experience that are 8-14 years old.
The Intermediate team practices for 1 hr 45 mins.
ADVANCED
The CORE Advanced team is for high school wrestlers only. This team practices for 1 hr 45 mins.
